No cold calling, utilizing our state of the art phone system. All calls are inbound, by qualified potential clients. We are a completely state of the art and digital company. Our business consultants work virtually and aren't required to come into the home office.
Position Overview:
Oak Tree Financial is looking for skilled sales professionals to contract with
to answer inbound phone calls on behalf of our firm. Inbound calls come from
people who call to inquire about a financial service after seeing one of our
advertisements.
Responsibilities:
As business consultant, you will receive inbound calls from business owners on
our state of the art dialer system. Our marketing efforts drive people to call
and Oak Tree Financial consultants use their skills to convert them to
sales.The consultant determines which financing program is the best fit for the
client. Get the necessary agreements signed and process the deal.
Compensation: The average consultant makes $120,000
per year plus residuals. The average consultant if producing at quota will earn residuals over $48,000 per year by year one.
Position Requirements:
Skills needed for success
o Self-starter who wants to earn over 6 figures
o Desire to be excellent
o Excellent communication skills
o Sales skills, including the ability to handle objections and negotiate a sale
o Attention to detail
o Accurate data entry ability
o Ability to multi-task
o Excited, enthusiastic, and energetic
o Ability to work independently
o Desire to work virtually
o Ability to set up and maintain your home office, including the cost of your own office equipment.
