Summary:
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Implementation of new and modified processes and equipment to standardization :
Improving key performance measures for assigned processes:
(1) Operating efficiency (OEE/CEE); (2) Rates; (3) Process yield; (4) Equipment runtime and downtime.

Actively utilize Six Sigma and statistical tools for improving processes :
Actively utilize Lean Manufacturing to reduce waste :
Actively participate in the resolution of product complaints :
Continuous improvement of assigned processes:
(1) Develop and lead programs to increase product and process understanding; (2) Develop and implement programs to reduce process variability Basic
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university :
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing and/or engineering experience Preferred

Experience as a process engineer of fusion:

Minimum of one year experience in best manufacturing practices (ie :

Statistics and Minitab experience :
