Lead Carpenter at construction site

Local construction company looking to hire an experienced lead carpenter. This person will be relied on for daily production of jobsite work. Provide day to day carpentry production including but not limited to:
- measuring and cutting lines on materials
- follow established safety rules and regulations
- use hand tools, machines, and power tools
- safely lift, haul, move (individually or as a team) materials common to the construction trade
- build, repair, or install cabinets, doors, door frames, and cabinets
- erect scaffolding and ladders, utilize those structures
- install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, openings, flooring, trim and hardware
- perform minor plumbing or concrete work

This is a full time temporary position 40
hours/week. Any applicants must own basic tools, have reliable transportation and be able to pass drug screening. References will be requested. Conditions vary greatly from outdoor climates to indoor spaces. The person applying for this position should be capable of communicating a positive image of the company to primary stakeholders. Our staffing team is looking for someone who is skilled in carpentry but also in working in a team setting, utilizing technology effectively and communicating. Problem analysis and resolution skills are important.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
