Salary Range From 46,320 to 57,900 annually, commensurate with experience This position is a Band Code:
CS14 Specific Job Related Duties :
Assists with publication preparations :
Coordinates meetings and travel :
Builds positive working relationships with faculty and staff in other academic departments :
Reviews proposals for clarity, grammar, and logic :
Attends and participates in ad:
hoc faculty committee meetings during project inception and development :
Compiles and prepares productivity metrics for cores, contracts, and grants :
Use PeopleSoft to approve purchase orders and non:
PO vouchers :
Approves time in Kronos :
Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure :
Performs related duties as required Preferred Skill/Competency Requires excellent internet skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office software, PeopleSoft, Kronos, and Adobe Acrobat applications.
Working knowledge of grants and grant processes.
