Job Description:
Performs varying standardized laboratory assignments and experiments.
Salary Range The salary range is from 29, 120 to 43,680 annually.
This is a band code:
SC13 Specific Job Related Duties Assist with preparing animals for experimental protocol.
Setup, calibrate and connect cardiovascular monitoring equipment.
Recording cardiovascular parameters Perform tissue collection at necropsy using the Blood Gas and Co:
oximeter machines.
Learn to calibrate and operate the Hewlett Packard patient monitor.
Setup includes transducers and cardiovascular equipment for the next experiment.
Cleaning of laboratory tabletops and washing equipment.
Assist in keeping necropsy room clean and well stocked.
Assist in the operating room as needed.
Days with some evening/night hours required as needed.
