Looking for an employee who wants to strengthen their industry knowledge and skills in a professionally managed vacation rental business.
Employee will be responsible for Inspections, Guest Relations, Reservations, phones and software use.
Must be willing to work at a fast pace both in and out of the office.
Attendance and promptness are a must, along with a reliable form of transportation.
What we are looking for:
Experience in the vacation rental industry is a plus.
Must be experienced and savvy with all forms of technology.
Knowledge of Streamline VRS software a plus, but not required.
Customer service focused mentality is a must plus the ability to quickly monitor a property to notice any issues.
Must be willing to be on call.
Must be able to travel to properties around Galveston.

Must exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to ensure properties are ready for guest arrivals and to accommodate the guests and exceed their expectations.
Must be flexible and able to adjust to meet the changing needs of guests.
