Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and have reliable transportation.
All employees must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Starting pay is negotiable, based on skill and experience.
Job
Responsibilities:
Monitor traffic in and out of the building and ensure that all visitors and vendors sign in.
Answer questions from owners, guests/renters, and vendors Make reservations and process credit card payments for Islander East's rental program.
Record repair requests and dispatch maintenance Assist management in maintaining records of insurance and pet vaccinations Prepare reports and forms for the homeowner's association and rental program Required Skills Must be comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to operate a 2-line telephone and fax machine Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds, on occasion Must exercise discretion and become knowledgeable of the policies and procedures of Management, and communicate them in a confident and courteous manner Must speak and write fluently in English.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Required education:
High school or equivalent Required
Experience:
2 years combined experience in desk services, office administration, customer service and/or conflict resolution.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
