We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team.
As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance to our clients.

Growing plaintiff law firm specializing in first party insurance claims (property damage from hurricanes, hailstorms, windstorms, tornadoes, fires, etc.
) Minimum 3 years of legal experience.
Trial experience and Spanish speaking are a plus.
Must have strong ability to research, draft motions, pleadings, take depositions, etc.
Anyone with insurance claims, adjusting or construction background is a plus.
Must be able to manage docket of assigned cases.
Base salary is $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
In addition to base salary each attorney will receive a percentage of the attorney fees earned on all assigned cases upon final resolution of the claim.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research using various resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw - Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs - Assist with legal administrative tasks, such as organizing case files and maintaining documentation - Represent clients in negotiations and settlement discussions - Assist senior attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings - Attend client meetings and provide legal advice and guidance - Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation - Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar association - Strong research and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proficiency in legal drafting and writing - Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw - Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients - Experience in litigation is preferred but not required Join our team of dedicated legal professionals and take your career to new heights as an Associate Attorney.
