Job Responsibilities Issue motor vehicle license plates and registration renewal stickers Issue timed/temporary permits (30/72/144 hour) Issue disability placards Process WebAgent Registrations Collect current and delinquent ad valorem taxes Process dealer title applications over the counter or and those submitted on WebDEALER.
Receive /disburse voter registration applications Assist customers by mail, telephone or in person to determine proper data to process motor vehicle titles/registration/renewals, tax payments, Assist with filing in branch office Maintain a working knowledge of changes in laws, administrative rules, etc.
to insure compliance with state requirements Required to provide own transportation for assignment to any Tax Office Branch as deemed necessary by the Branch Coordinator and Chief Deputy Business Services Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Requires High School diploma or GED equivalency.
Requires one year of experience providing customer service in an office environment.
