Galveston, Texas We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of properties in Galveston, Texas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in social media and online platforms, and a passion for ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple short and long-term rental properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and in optimal condition for guests and tenants.
Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay.
Utilize various online platforms and social media channels to market properties effectively and maximize occupancy.
Coordinate necessary cleaning, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring properties are always in great condition.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and property-related information, issues, or needs.
Be available on-call to address guest and tenant concerns or emergencies outside regular working hours.
Requirements:
Previous experience in property management, preferably in short-term rentals.
Proficiency in using social media and online platforms for marketing purposes.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of local restaurants, activities, and sights.
Availability to be on call and respond promptly to guest and tenant needs.
