Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers and assist them in finding the right products - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed - Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed - Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers through effective product demonstrations - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets on a regular basis - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus) - Strong sales skills, with the ability to effectively sell products and close deals - Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and calculating discounts - Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with technical inquiries or product recommendations - Experience in jewelry sales is preferred but not required - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, markups, and profit margins - Ability to conduct product demonstrations and effectively showcase product features We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to meet or exceed sales goals.
