00 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Pro Sales Counter Specialist- Bilingual Preferred Job Description Responsible for servicing professional builders and contractors Creates quotes, orders, and special orders Handles sales calls and walk-in traffic to generate sales Schedules deliveries for customers with the delivery coordinator Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries, product quality or service Works with corporate and store employees to achieve sales goals and company service standards.
Works with vendors to obtain information on pricing, products, or other information Builds and maintains customer relationships Assists customers on the sales floor as needed Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in building material industry; Knowledge of building process preferred Ability to operate computer, calculator, cash register Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships (required) High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform in outdoor or warehouse environments if needed Ability to work with a team to accomplish goals Able to pass a pre-employment background verification as well as pre-employment drug screen Carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions Pass all Company training regarding equipment usage Benefits Complete medical insurance coverage:
