Social Media Manager Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics - Monitor social media channels for customer comments, questions, and complaints, and respond in a timely manner - Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing Skills:
