In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to all customers and ensuring a pleasant and professional office atmosphere.
You will manage the office operations and provide support to the hospitality team as needed.
The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator with an eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a passion for customer service and have experience in hospitality management.
The salary range is $12-$16 hourly.

$12 - $16 hourly
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the front desk, ensuring staff adheres to company standards for hospitality and customer service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Prepare front office staff schedules and manage resources to ensure efficient operations.
Direct and coordinate daily activities to ensure accurate and timely billing and reservation processing.
Monitor and address any issues with front office staff performance and take necessary actions accordingly.
Qualifications:
US Work Authorization Microsoft Office Skills (Determined by an Assessment) Front Desk Hotel Skills (Determined by an Assessment) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven experience in successful customer service.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Time management and prioritization skills.
