Energetic professional who can wear multiple hats.
Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Responsibilities:
Supports the Executive Director administratively.
Manages the coordination and training of volunteers.
Manages the coordianation of outreach events.
Oversee front desk and front desk volunteers.
Track donations and send thank you letters to donors using DonorPerfect Assist with planning, preparation and execution of events & meetings.
Write memos, letters, reports, and applications as requested.
Communicate efficiently with fellow workers, supervisors, and other members of the team.
Serves as the Board of Directors liaison and secretary.
Remain updated on technical and professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, joining professional associations, building networks with fellow professionals and reviewing of industry publications Participate actively in the planning and execution of St.
Vincent's House Events Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints Maintain a safe and secure working environment Other responsibilities as requested Requirements:
4 Year Degree preferably in Business or Marketing 2 years of professional office experience Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficient in MS Office and Google Doc Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages Key skills & proficiency:
