Summary:
To coordinate and directly support the administrative and business management activities of the UTMB Supply Chain department.
Ideal candidate will have the following
Qualifications:

years work experience in an office environment, with administrative responsibilities in one or more of the following areas:
banking, accounting, finance, treasury, cashiering, A/P, payroll, bookkeeping, office management Honest and reliable High attention to detail Strict adherence to company policies and procedures Ability to work independently Direct interaction with vendors and departments Professionalism and good written and verbal communication skills Some proficiency in financial systems and software, including Microsoft Office / Excel, and PeopleSoft FMS preferred Adheres to internal controls for department.
Performs related duties as required.
Provides assistance in the development and interpretation of policies and procedures relative to the department.
Qualifications KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Ability to actively listen and professionally communicate with others to achieve mutual goals.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines and quality standards.
Skilled in customer interactions.
Ability to provide administrative direction and management to support systems.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently.
REQUIRED EDUCATION /
Experience:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and administrative experience.
EQUIPMENT:
Standard office equipment including knowledge of various software applications (i.
e.
Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.
).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
