15 an hour We are seeking a Bookeeper/Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable and receivables using QuickBooks Online and Appfolio Scanning and filing incoming mail Categorize entries and reconcile bank statements Prepare Financial Statements and Excel reports Assist property manager in all aspects of daily operations Occasional interaction with prospective residents, showing property, securing leases, communicating with current residents and lease renewals Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business Assist the owner/manager in any special projects
Qualifications:
Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to multitask and prioritize Previous experience in property management or other related fields a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive can do attitude Professional appearance Dependable, self-motivated and trustworthy individual with reliable transportation About Galveston Bay Properties:
