The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, efficient at cleaning and able to follow instructions well.
This is a full and part-time position with some weekend hours and flexibility is necessary.
Transportation needed to get to work.
Responsibilities:
Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for the task at hand.
Operate common janitorial machinery, such as a floor waxer and a scrubber.
Use proper safety procedures when handling contaminants (i.
e.
, chemicals and cleaning solutions).
Perform various janitorial duties, including vacuuming, window washing, and carpet cleaning.
Troubleshoot problems with building equipment.
Clean up potential hazards (i.
e.
, spills, broken glass).
Remove trash.
Waste disposal.
