If so, we're looking for you This position will be responsible for performing general maintenance as well as more advanced duties associated with ornamental horticulture and grounds maintenance.
Will work with other resort staff and contract staff as well.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
Perform daily tasks such as trach relocation, maintenance of stairwells, upkeep of grounds and common areas.
Maintain expectations for all aesthetics while upholding standards set forth by the company.
Report grounds conditions and general issues that don't comply with our standards.
Inspect common areas to prep for the day's activity.
Work with other resort staff and vendors as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid Drivers License QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 18 years of age and have one year of driving experience.
Must have the ability to operate motorized equipment.
Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
Must have the ability to read, write and verbally communicate effectively #INDRO1 #ZRRO1.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
