Perform all accounting, payroll, taxes, financial reports and recordkeeping functions.
Track and manage all accounts receivable and payable.
Assist with administrative office tasks such as computer back-up, correspondence, job file management, phone handling and weekly reports as needed.
Results Expected:
All financial activity is recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
All records are kept neat and organized.
All necessary information concerning finances is communicated to the office manager.
Assistance is given to other members of the office staff when necessary.
