Job Responsibilities Greets visitors and answers telephones; provides information and assistance; directs to appropriate personnel.
Collects funds and issues motor vehicles license plates and renewal stickers.
Collects funds and processes applications for state and county beer, wine and liquor permits and coin operated machine stickers.
Receives and processes voter registration applications.
Processes and collects funds for private party vehicle title transfers and sales.
Inspects, processes and collects funds for titles provided by car dealerships.
Receives, processes and applies monies to appropriate taxing entities and years for bankruptcies, payments received by attorneys, and county Sheriff sales.
Maintains responsibility for all funds collected at assigned workstation.
Organizes all work documentation for submission to Branch Manager.
Performs related work as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Requires High School diploma or GED equivalency.
Requires one year of experience providing customer service in an office environment.
