MDS Coordinator - RN
My client, one of the most progressive organizations in Texas, is seeking an MDS Coordinator/Case Mix Manager for one of their long term care skilled nursing facilities in the Galveston area. Candidates must have at least two years of experience and a passion for resident care. We are looking for someone who can elevate reimbursement rates with an obsessive attention to detail. The ideal candidate will partner with the Director of Nursing to lead the team and maintain a positive environment. We are looking for someone with very strong clinical and assessment skills, and RN is a must.
