Description Analyze data to extract insights that drive better decision making and item selection for Impact Area programs (monthly planogram programs) Analyze performance of key product programs around sales, inventory, basket analysis, etc.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain information sources and tools Filter and clean data and make appropriate adjustments Develop, maintain, and improve models and tools for analyzing data and presenting results Synthesize insights and present findings to key stakeholders and management Work with team to prioritize business and information needs Develop detailed documentation for approaches, tools, and models Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications BS in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics preferred At least two years related work experience required.
Five years of related work experience preferred Advanced Excel capabilities with extensive experience using pivot tables and complex formulas Experience with reporting packages and databases preferred Knowledge of statistics and experience analyzing large datasets Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information Extremely high attention to detail and focus on accuracy Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve, extract insights, and troubleshoot issues (Sports Management, Finance, Admin, Sports Media, Graphics, Web, IT) Source:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
