Description Maintains a current knowledge of state and federal laws regarding compensation activities and ensures Academy s compliance Administers compensation programs Evaluates and analyzes salary data and jobs for market and internal competitiveness Reviews, approves, and communicates compensation related transactions Works with business partners to create and maintain job descriptions and matrices Recommends, reviews and/or analyzes current and proposed compensation programs, policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance as well as project potential cost Create and prepare reports and presentations Participates in compensation surveys Duties may change and associate may be required to perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor s degree in relevant field of study.
A degree in Business, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred Strong analytical and technical skills, with proven ability to data mine and summarize data from disparate information Strong business writing skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Detailed oriented Advanced Excel skills - ability to write VBA a plus Strong Microsoft office skills, in particular Access, Word, and PowerPoint Communication - effective listening, speaking, and writing Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties (Sports Management, Finance, Admin) Source:
