Salary Range Starting salary will be 58,320.

Actual salary is commensurate with experience Specific Job Related Duties :
Assure adequate training of new hires is completed and re:
training of existing staff is performed as necessary.
:
Develop and revised policies and procedures as necessary.
Assure all procedures are documented and distributed to all staff and policy and procedure manual is maintained.
:
Ensure that the staff is trained and knowledgeable of managed care insurance terminology, products, point of service collections and requirements.
:
Attend routine registration meetings and coordinate and communicate with the other managers within the Revenue Cycle Operations umbrella.

Develop and/or maintain Key Performance Indicator metrics and submit monthly reporting to Director.
:
Prepare and maintain a current staff schedule that will accommodate staffing needs.
:
Quality assurance of all registration, collection, notification and associated duties of work performed by Patient Registration Specialist staff :
Confirm testing of system upgrades involving the pathways utilized by registration personnel under the Revenue Cycle Operations umbrella.
