Job Description:
Salary Range The salary range for this position is from 39,040 to 48,800.
This position is a pay Band Code CS13.
Specific Job Related Duties :
Maintains a centralized and consistent patient grievance mechanism.
:
Communicates any problems to all departments involved and follows through until satisfactory solutions are found.
:
Makes referrals to appropriate departments and services within the hospital.
:
Acts as liaison between hospital administration, and medical and nursing staff, patients and their relatives, and hospital personnel at all levels.
:
Adheres to internal controls established for department.
:
Performs related duties as required.
Preferred Education Bachelors Degree preferred.
Preferred Language Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
