Specific Job Related Duties The main scope for this job is to increase and enhance internal and external UTMB Health/IS via professional communications, marketing, and messaging.
Develop a recognized IS brand (must be consistent with the UTMB Health brand) for use in communications Work with IS Leadership to develop an annual marketing and messaging plan for IS Make sure IS topics are incorporated in the B and F newsletters and the Impact newsletter Assist with the development and communication of the IS Strategic Plan Interview key IS leaders and staff and draft regular IS position statements on various technologies Assist IS Leadership with monthly staff communications Work with the IS Staff Advisory Council to improve communications to all staff Support IS Leadership with the development of Power Point presentations and graphics Work Schedule M :

5pm Preferred Skill/Competency Proven written and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to maintain productivity and professionalism when working under multiple deadlines in a fast:
