Salary Range From 23,360 To 35,040 Annually This position is a Band Code:
CS12.
Specific Job Related Duties :
Receives, stores, and distributes materials.
Records amounts of materials received or distributed.
:
Performs Data entry in supply management systems to track, charge, and credit customers :
Conveys materials from receiving area to storage or to other designated areas.
:
Sorts and places materials according to pre:
determined sequence on racks, shelves, bins in storage areas and / or supply cabinets.
:
Performs maintenance and minor repair on supply cabinets :
Sets up, configures and reorganizes supply cabinets or areas to maximize inventories on units.
Maintains inventory records.
:
Maintains and reconciles inventories in Supply Management Database Systems.
Performs Data Entry to track, charge and credit items to customer numbers.
:
Adheres to internal controls established for department.
:
Interacts with nurses, physicians, discharged patients and other internal customers to fill supply needs.
:
Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
:
Performs related duties as required Work Schedule This is a 24/7 operation and availability to work various shifts as needed and assigned is required.
Preferred Work Experience :
Prefer experience in receiving, storage, disbursement and/or procurement of supplies in a hospital environment.

Inventory control experience :
Experience working with various equipment which lifts, pushes, pulls, stacks, or moves materials and equipment.
