Job Description:
Salary Range Base salary from 31,680 to 47,520 annually, plus shift and weekend differentials.
Commensurate with experience.
This position is a pay Band Code PC12.
Specific Job Related Duties :
Oversees day to day operations of the Receiving Lab and morning phlebotomy rounds :
Supervises night shift staff :
Performs inpatient phlebotomy :
Receives and processes clinical specimens according to hospital policy :
Occasional benchwork in Clinical Chemistry as assigned :
Manages supply inventory :
Takes weekend call shifts as scheduled Work Schedule Night shift (23:
00 :
07:
30).
Closing Statement This position requires additional security clearance by the Texas Department of Corrections for entry into the offender hospital at UTMB.
