Job Description:
Specific Job Related Duties :
Will be expected to rotate for on:
site/hands on manager for staff and attend Ambulatory administrative meetings as liaison.

Must be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills.
:
1 year experience with coordination of staff schedules preferred experience with scheduling metrics and flex staffing coverage for off hours operations.
:
Experience with afterhours emergency room or urgent care setting preferred.
:
Pediatrics and Adult nursing experience :
Proficient communication skills written, verbal and team building across departments expected.
:
Budgeting, reporting, financial oversight and reconciliation responsibility for all 3 Business Units.
