Job Description:
Salary Range The salary range is from 60,880 to 87,515 annually This position is a Band Code:
CS22 Specific Job Related Duties :
Creates and develops specialized reports utilizing clinical and financial data resulting in business plans, operational and/or programmatic reviews and profitability analysis.

Develops a system to improve the financial position of Surgical Services by capturing money on the ground.
:
Participates in fiscal activities including budget planning and development activities.
:
Responsible for the oversight and review of income and expenses related to E and G, MSRDP, Other Designated, Restricted and Agency fund groups to ensure compliance with budgets.
:
Prepares comparative analysis reports and statements reflecting variations in expenditures and revenues :
Assists the Administrator and Assistant Administrator in establishing and attaining goals and objectives.
:
Collaborates with other UTMB departments to resolve issues and/or concerns as well as furnishing and receiving information.
:
Coordinates the work of others including analyzing workload, determining work priority, assigning duties and overseeing work progress for employees responsible for the following activities:
:
Collection of data and preparation of various financial and statistical reports including reports of activity and billing trends.
:
Processing of employee travel expense and reimbursements, non:
PO vouchers, requisitions and monitoring of CBA accounts.
:
Preparation and submission of space survey and equipment inventory, ensuring compliance with policy, procedure and deadlines.
:
Analyzes business ventures.
:
Supports/manages other duties and projects as assigned by Executive Director and Associate Director.

Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
:
Performs other duties as required.
