Salary Range The salary range for this position is from 66,960 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
This position is a pay Band Code CS23.
Specific Job Related Duties :
Solves intermediate to complex technical issues.

Applies intermediate to advanced analysis skills to create and maintain documentation.
:

Manages multiple activities within the scope of project; may function as project lead.
:
Designs and/or modifies plans and procedures, and follows project plans to ensure project success.
:
Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
:
Assists in coordinating implementation of systems.
:
Assists in the cost justification of system changes and information technology resources.
:
:
Applies analysis and documentation to support and understand problem.
:
Understands components within a system, as well as interaction with other applications.
:
Demonstrates awareness and understanding of institution, department and customer mission and goals.
:
:
Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.

Performs related duties as assigned.

:
Serves as a clinical data expert and actively participates with process and quality improvement teams in the clinical enterprise.
:
Collaborates with medical and clinical staff leadership to analyze and evaluate analytic requirements; diagnose the business need, propose/design alternatives and recommendations.

Shares business knowledge and technical skills with team members.
Preferred Education :
Thorough Epic Clarity Data Model knowledge :
Strong SQL proficiency :
Experience formulating queries from complex relational databases using the following tools:
Crystal Reports, TOAD, MSACCESS.

EPIC Clarity certification preferred :
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
