Housekeeper
The primary role of the Housekeeper is to facilitate customer services.
Our housekeeping team is very customer service driven which creates a lasting influence on our guest.
o Clean vacant apartments upon guests departure o Assist with preparation of guest move-in items o Facilitate client work orders to properties and vendors o Be responsive to any customer service issues that arise o Maintain customer happiness o Other duties as assigned Requirements o High school diploma or equivalent o Cleaning experience o Excellent attendance and punctuality o Strong communication skills o Ability to multi-task o Attention to detail; particularly with regard to cleanliness of furnished apartment o Time management skills o Excellent follow-through and follow-up o Ability to work well within a team environment o Ability to work overtime and weekends/flexible schedules; occasional overnight assignments may be required o Bending, lifting, sorting on daily basis; lifting and carrying up 20 lbs on a regular and consistent basis, and as much as 50 lbs on occasion o Ability to climb stairs while carrying cleaning supplies o Professional appearance and attitude o Excellent customer service o Computer skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel THIS EMPLOYER IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
