Case Manager
CASE MANAGER DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY for the Case Managers in Texas working with a premier health care system.
This role gives you the freedom and variety to work throughout the hospital making each day unique and rewarding.
As a Case Manager, you will engage in admission reviews, insurance reviews and certification for Medicare.
The Case Manager will work directly with patients' and primary care physicians to ensure care plans are established, managed and patients receive the highest quality of healthcare service.
RN preferred, will look at other licensed health professionals with significant experience CCMC certification a PLUS!
