Responsibilities:
- Launch HCV products and increase sales volume of products through effective territory management and crisp sales execution.
- Analyze market dynamics and utilize available information/resources to ensure that every opportunity to meet/exceed sales goals is maximized.
- Appropriately and effectively utilize available resources to drive sales with key customers.
- Monitor progress toward meeting/exceeding established target account market share and sales growth targets.
- Represent AbbVie as the partner of choice in the HCV space.
- Offer continuing education opportunities, as appropriate; and continually educate self on latest information related to disease states, treatments and the changing business environment.
- Communicate effectively and consistently on opportunities, threats or other market dynamics.
Qualifications:
An essential requirement of your position is to meet health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain entry into facilities and organizations that are in your assigned territory.
These HCIR credentialing requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases.
Education / Background:
Bachelors degree, biological sciences, pharmacy, or business related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful Specialty sales experience.
Able to demonstrate strong account management skills.
