Social Catering Sales Manager Minimum Requirements:
Represents themselves with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Maintains a Service-focused approach, and a caring and sincere attitude at all times.
Aggressively pursue new bookings on a weekly basis.
Achieve sales F&B goals in the Catering/Banquet Department.
Be Responsible for accuracy of bookings, accountable for all diary entries, appropriate function spaces utilization, changes, and the communication of such to all appropriate persons involved.
Requires a mandatory minimum of 2-3 years of experience specifically in the social and wedding markets.
Hotel experience a plus but not required.
Must have experience selling events and weddings with a 250 guests average.
Position will be required to work a varied schedule that will include some evenings, nights, and week-ends.
Delphi Experience a plus.
